This selling is Great..communication great ect…… I’m mad because FEDX lost his package he was sending to me . They had two packages with the same tracking number. I reported it to FEDX and they investigated and told me by a phone call today October 31, 2024 at 9:00 am telling me the package was LOST…they have no idea where it was. Saying they were sorry….I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CN JUST LOOSE A PACKAGE???? So beware if you using Fed x to deliver your merchandise…

This seller did everything to get this wok to me but fedex delivered it to the wrong address, thats not their fault its fedex that screwed this up. The package arrived fast and fedex messed it up. This seller looked into it and gave me a fast refund and was taking care of this mess fedex made. Im giving 100% feedback.

I have never received an online purchase that was not in some sort of packaging, whether it be a box or envelope. This was delivered to my front porch folded up and totally unprotected. It appears to be in good condition but could have been damaged in so many ways. Item was shipped very quickly.
