Excellent experience. Great communication. I’ve never seen a shaft packaged this well. I’ve ordered other products including custom cues and shafts and never received one with packaging this good. Well done. The McDermott Kielwood shaft looks and feels great. Fits nicely and looks great on the cue it was purchased for. It showed up in excellent condition.
