Excellent experience. Great communication. I’ve never seen a shaft packaged this well. I’ve ordered other products including custom cues and shafts and never received one with packaging this good. Well done. The McDermott Kielwood shaft looks and feels great. Fits nicely and looks great on the cue it was purchased for. It showed up in excellent condition. The shipping was fast and efficient. Even came early! Unfortunately DHL delayed the shipment but that’s no fault of the seller. It was packaged nice and in a free cue case! The cue was as described, brand new and in good condition. Would definitely buy from the seller again.
