White knit neck stripe with a NFL neckline emblem. Spandex side panels. "SULLIVAN" on the back on a nameplate. It is tagged in the lower front with an Indianapolis Colts/Reebok size 52 tag. Tagged in the neckline with a Reebok size 52 tag. Everything is sewn on in blue.
