I was initially annoyed since the information showed item shipped and yet no tracking info. Upon communication with the seller, it was subsequently found that the item was lost in shipment. The seller offered a refund or replacement with similar item. I ended up getting another CD from the seller's postings. The only aspect that the seller needs to improve is clarity and quickness of communication. It took a while before the matter got resolved. But, I'm happy. Great job! Highly recommended.
