JOSS Timeless and fashionably stunningly stylish, Ladies black, fit and flare stretch dress with a most voluminous skirt. The skirt has a fine silk-like top layer over the jersey fabric, a contrast fabric to the stretch jersey top part & sleeves long sleeves. Under the skirt are numerous thin ties which when made into bows at whatever length you wish will alter the skirt length, make it more bulbous and asymmetrical. MY PHOTOS HONESTLY DO NOT DO THIS DRESS JUSTICE. There is a band under the bust with ties which gather to form a loose or tight bow depending how you wish to wear the dress.
