She has lip gloss and freckles that were hand painted and sealed. She may have some minor shine marks from handling. She comes with the outfit pictured. Please message me to let me know if you'd like the wig left unattached. If I don't get a message from you immediately after ordering, I will glue the wig on securely with permanent adhesive.
