Item arrived as described and it was very well packaged. I dont like to give negative feedback so I didn't because it arrived in great condition. BUT PLEASE improve on getting things to the shipper. It shouldn't take 2 weeks for that to happen. People are paying decent prices for these autographed items, it would be nice to see them shipped in a timely manner. I truly love the autographed Pop. Keypad arrived in sufficient packaging and in perfect cosmetic condition, and I was able to add the Keypad to my system in minutes. Excellent value and communication. Great addition if you want a Keypad at another entrance, like your back door. Would buy from again!
