Was as expected. Items came in good packages safely wrapped around newspaper to keep outside shock from transportation. Despite being used and not working as described, controllers were not any bit disgusting, sticky or any noticeable dirt on the controllers themselves. Nothing to complaint about, aside from whether a cheaper option exists for shipping.
