The packaging was careful and the appearance of the cups are perfect new condition. International shipping from Japan requires preprinted forms, this was included, which makes this a great value. Seller had very good communication during the shipping process. This is a top quality highball cup, that you would be served in, in a Japanese bar. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
