There is nothing personal in this. ⭐️POSTAGE Australia We are happy to offer free standard postage on all orders within Australia. Express postage is avail for $5 (on any size parcel) you can request it at checkout and it will be added to your total. For all international shipping we encourage buyers to check if there is any extra fees to import items purchased into your country. This includes GST,Tariff charges, and or VAT. Information for specific regions is detailed below. Asia, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom & Scandanavia Standard International shipping for orders travelling to EU,UK & Asia is $35 AUD for one item(regardless of size and weight) with each additional item billed at $10 per package. If you require express it will be charged at an extra $10 regardless of parcel size. Ebay may collect VAT at checkout on your behalf and add this to your total at checkout. The collection of VAT at point of sale is calculated based on your order total as well as whether you are registered today VAT directly to your tax authority-in which case ebay will not collect VAT on your behalf,, if your registration for this has been provided directly to ebay prior to purchase. Your country may also collect other fees associated with the processing of your order through customs known as a customs charge-normally paid upon delivery. This is commonly provided by your postal carrier directly to you. The record of this will be added to your postage label as an IOSS code, with ebay submitting this number electronically as well. We recommend doing a search to see what your payable account is in advance to avoid unexpected charges at delivery. We are unable to adjust this amount, add it to any amounts already paid or give refunds of extra costs incurred. VAT & Customs charge remain the responsibility of the buyer at point of purchase- we do not receive a percentage of VAT or customs charges. USA Shipping to the U.S is capped at $65 and will be provided by international courier- Fedex or UPS. State Sales tax (determined by your location) will be added to your order total at checkout. Unfortunately there is no way for us to add tariff charges to your total through ebay so these will remain as a seperate charge that the buyer is responsible for paying directly to the courier. Please be aware that we are unable to change the price on items purchased or the country of origin on import paperwork. Country of Origin will be listed in the item description to assist with calculating country specific tariffs. ⭐️IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED We take every opportunity to identify faults such as marks, stains, seamstress, holes, tears, missing buttons, or damaged hems, however we are not perfect and things can be missed. In the event of this happening, please send us a message and we will create a return label for you to post the item back to us. Upon the return of the item you can choose from the following: A Full refund Or We will repair or clean the item to the standard listed in the original item description that you purchased it from. ⭐️SIZING Measurements can be found above. All measurements on articles of clothing have been taken lying flat. Please message if you need more information as not every brand follows the same measurements per size. We are more than happy to provide you with feedback or suggestions on a wide range of brands in our store, send us a message and we’ll do our best to answer any questions. ⭐️RETURNS We are happy to offer 60 day free returns on all national orders, and buyer paid 30 day returns on all international orders. If your purchase is unsuitable, you don’t like it or you just don’t need it anymore we are happy to have the item returned for a full refund once received back. We are also happy it it to be fixed, cleaned, repaired etc to the standard it was listed as in the event that you want to keep it, but that it has arrived differently to what was expected..
