we thought we were ordering one with short handle on back like other one he has & that we couldn't find on Amazon. Turns out it actually came from Amazon & we could have gotten it through our account. The cushion is fine but papers with it were confusing to us and 2 different representees from customer service couldn't explain it. the papers said a gift from ?(already threw paper away) and gift from Amazon . I could not understand AMAZON LINK that came up on phone when I scanned paper. sometime
