These supplies emailed me a few weeks after placing my initial order letting me know my package still did not have a tracking number after being shipped. They QUICKLY sent me a new package that arrived 3 days after my email! They were super nice, helpful, and polite! This was a christmas gift so I was thankful the packaging was discret. ! Great seller, we had some confusion where the USPS said it was delivered, but it was not. It magically showed up 2 days later (USPS fault, not sellers). Seller had great communication throughout. The actual faucet is very heavy, full brass- great fixture.

Price was a bit higher than I usually pay for item, but I’m quite sure that something is going on with this brand, I think it’s been bought out. I was happy to get it when I did. Arrived perfect, and fast! I would buy from this seller again
