Overall excellent experience! Upon arrival, items appear to have been fairly priced, accurately described, packaged safely and securely within the shipment box. There was one slight drawback, which is mainly because the vacuum had apparently been used within a "pet" environment. However, that was a known possibility, which I chose not to ask about, as I intended to take the unit apart, after arrival, in order to thoroughly inspect and clean the internal components. It needs a HEPA filter, but...

Everything came in very quickly and safely! No issues with the packaging besides a few broken bits of foam but that's to be expected with ups, definitely fits the description to a t! Very happy with it, I can't thank the seller enough :-)
