Book might have minor shelf wear from storage. Items are from smoke free - Pet friendly household. The pets are kept away from the items. NO RETURN ACCEPTED. Please read description & check all photos before purchasing. I am also NOT accepting any returns. I will ship media mail and it takes a few days up to a few weeks to get to you, depends on how Usps processes the package. If you want the package faster, please let me know so I can change shipping option (will be a lot more expensive). It might not be the case that it will take that long to be delivered, I just say that in case if it happens. Some people get their packages within a few days, some has to wait longer, that all depends on Usps. I ship out next or same business day (depends on what time you place an order during the day) but I take NO control of how long the package will get to you. Sometimes my post office does not scan the packages, the status will be updated once it gets to the next usps facility. The tracking status might stuck in "arriving late" but it's still on its way to you, please be patient. Thank you and I hope you can understand.

Unfortunately the package was lost in transit so I never received the product, however this is not the sellers fault as I’ve ordered numerous times from them and never once had an issue. Additionally the seller was very communicative by constantly keeping me up to date with USPS updates and by filling out a missing mail search. They also offered me a full refund. I still highly recommend this seller and will continue to purchase items from their store

Shipping took a while but the seller reached out and let me know they have a slow local post office and offered to return to the post office and investigate if need be, luckily that wasn't necessary. Once the package was moving it arrived quickly and well packaged. I appreciate the seller reaching out and keeping me appraised!

The boxes arrived safely and well packaged and were exactly as described. The seller was quick to respond to my messages and let me know beforehand about issues with tracking not updating before purchasing, but the books arrived on time despite this and I’m happy they kept me informed!
