Condition is in very good used condition. There is light storage wear to the box, and light wear from use. The disc is in very good condition with minimal light surface scratches. DVDs with digital codes are not guaranteed to work. There are many DVDs, even factory sealed, with expired digital download codes. Enjoy the movie! This will be shipped via Media Mail. Shipping, packaging were good. I wish the seller would have stated in the description of the cars that they were "mini". I only want to buy full size cars and I was very disappointed that this set was the "mini". This has happened several times with various sellers. This is not focused on this particular seller, just a general comment. All in all, I will keep the cars and my nephew will enjoy them.
