The framed art arrived without exterior damage. We're used to receiving pottery and can tell immediately if it's been broken. This framed art "sounded" good. When we opened it, it was packaged carefully. But, after removing the bubble wrap, the piece had been dropped in transit. The wooden frame and the glass had broken. We took pictures as we unwrapped to document the damage. We informed the seller. He returned our money even without seeing a photo. What an honest ebay seller! A+++
