McNair's Fine China are exceptional sellers in every way. First: their merchandise was received in perfect condition. I couldn't have purchased more perfect PFALTZGRAFF Cereal Bowls if I had walked into the store and got them off of their shelves. I love them. Second: their correspondence with me was above and beyond, keeping me aware of what was going on from shipping to delivery. Third - my bowls were packed so carefully, I had a hard time opening the package. From bubble wrap to Foam peanuts.

Amazing seller. Our post office person will not leave packages in our mailbox and will not drive to our house. The seller was so worried about this. I assured her that this was normal delivery for us through USPS. We picked the package up from the post office the next business day. The dish was perfect. It was packed well. I would say highly recommend this seller, but she is one step above highly recommend. She is concerned about her buyers. Don't hesitate, buy from McNair's.
