I was worried when the package arrived...apparently the USPS gave this one a rough transit. Huge hole in the package and squashed about 4" on one side. While the hat box had a large hole in it as well, I was glad to find the hat came through without any damage and it is in perfect condition as was described. I wish I could leave a separate review for the USPS, but it is what it is and the hat arrived in one piece!
