Item was exactly as described and the shipping and packaging was excellent. Upon close inspection I think the item was washed as the black fur caused some staining on the dress and tag but I think maybe that was from the original owner; not the seller. It’s still very cute! I think her name is Twisty so I tried to give her original braids back and washed her face a bit. Very happy with this purchase and at a good price. Thank you!
