I’m really excited with my purchase of this Elsa 12 inch doll. I use these dolls for sculpture and reference. The seller took great care and packaging. I love him so much he works just as described. Well packaged in the box. He is a little beat up but exactly like in the photo and for $23 I can’t complain. Shipping was quick it took about a week to arrive it was a little expensive almost as much as the item so that is frustrating but not on the seller at all. 5/5 would purchase from them again.

The item was just as described I feel like it was a good value for the price and it was shipped pretty quickly and it was packed up very nice and snuggly so it wouldn't get damaged during the trip. I am grateful for this seller because my daughter lost mine and I got this originally from my mother it's very sentimental to me.
