Great seller & product! Beautiful lamps that throw a gentle light. The glass lily shades exude quality craftsmanship. I ordered two and both were carefully shipped in original packaging confirming that these were unopened and unused. While I debated on the cost of the splurge, the aesthetic addition to my living space makes me happy I decided to go for it! While one of the lamp bases would not turn on, seller responded quickly with a hassle free replacement delivered within a couple of days.

Although my item arrived damaged at no fault to the seller, I can say this was a positive experience. I ordered a large light pendant and it was shipped quickly and arrived quickly even though it was damaged I reported the damage to the seller immediately, and the seller immediately responded and was willing to refund or re-ship my item very responsive very courteous, very professional I would order from them again

WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. TOLD THEM TO PLEASE CHANGE LIGHT FIXTURE MADE A MISTAKE. HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. BUT INSTEAD SHIPPED OUT ITEM I DID NOT WANT. ITEM IS GOING BACK SHOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT FROM YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE JUST LOOK AT YOUR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR DOING THE SAME THING IN THE PAST VERY UNHAPPY
