The surviving teacups and saucers are in pristine condition. Unfortunately two cups and one saucer were broken in transit. You may need to pack this type of item differently in the future. Overall this was still a great buy.

Beautiful item, but the shipper let us both down. It arrived broken in several pieces. Perhaps a box within a box might be appropriate for a large fragile item like this? The seller did provide a refund without hassle.
