There was an issue with finding the correct disc (got misplaced in store) but they immediately offered me another one, and when I called them to figure out a solution, Mike nearly bent over backwards to help me get it resolved. He found the disc at another location of their's, and called me back on his own line to tell me the good news and to let me know it was shipped. The shipping was fast and the packaging was done well.
