The condition and the appearance of the item match the pictures. I do think it was a good value for the purchase but indo wish the seller would have specified, as ive seen some others do, that this is an outlet item not original retail. Im not to upset bc ultimately i will be gifting to my daughter so we can have matching but if I purchased my original from her thinking it was retail, I would be a bit annoyed. But the seller was very accommodating and easy to communicate!
