Shipped quickly. Packed tightly. The Hallmark snowmen looked like new, but they didn't sing or move. I bought it for a friend, and she said she changed the batteries, but it still wouldn't work. I told her that I would buy her another one. I still wanted to give this seller a positive review, since the snowmen looked new.
