I am giving you the benefit of the doubt…..you did get me my area rug and it is nice. Just cannot understand the whole shipping thing and the different places it showed you were sending from, and same tracking number as someone else’s package in another town! But you came through and I give you 5 stars. Thank You for getting it here so quickly the second time around.

Item was exactly as described. There was a mix up on the address label-wrong name, with correct address but incorrect tracking, but once we figured that out, I happily opened the box and put in my corner cabinet.
