My discussions with the seller (who has a human name) were fulfilling, all my questions answered. The seller was patient with me. Although the sweatshirt's price and shipping cost seems high, the package arrived a day or so early. The 3XT Polo sweatshirt is in excellent condition, soft cotton inside, a zipper without struggle, and relatively full cut. My only reservation is a rather tight fit around the bottom third. The seller even washed the garment! Overall impression: satisfied!
