Item shipped in a thin box that split in two places. This wouldn't have been a big deal if the items were placed in a bag or wrapping material, but they were just thrown loosely in the box, and thus were exposed to the elements/dirt/rain. Additionally, items were visible to everyone whose hands this box passed through. Next time, seller should bag/wrap items before boxing them. Boxes can crack/rip/get smashed. Lastly, item shipped on 3rd business day, not within 3 days as initially advertised.

The merch (Brother serger 1034D) arrived on the 5th business day after purchase - packing and shipping was very quick. The packaging was sturdy & nothing was bent or broken (despite the courier service's best effort based on the condition of the outside box). Merch had been repacked in the original box with all the original packing materials, then put into an outer box with additional padding, so well done to the seller! Everything shown in the listing images was in the box. I'm well pleased.
