The seller was extremely fair with me, I had to cancel order twice because I had forgotten to update my address, then I forgot to add my apartment number. But seller allowed me to cancel order twice, for my mistake. The box had damage that was not mentioned, but the sneakers themselves I am happy with, and my son was extremely excited about getting them. All around good experience and would recommend this seller and will shop with him in the future.
