I was a little hesitant to purchase an open box helmet. Especially since I’m not local. I reached out to the seller and they reassured me that the item was in like new condition. Communication was fantastic and shipping was near immediate after purchase. Even though it was an open box item the seller was still able to package it well to prevent damage during shipping. The item was delivered promptly and well packaged. It was as described, new open box, all items were there. I bought this because the item is discontinued and is designed to fit my spare helmet. The price was fair and appeared to be new. Installation was easy and worked on my initial test. Just waiting for the snow and ice to leave so I can get out and try it more.
