The item was in great condition when I received it today. It was securely packaged because it was insulated with numerous rolls of bubble wrap. The case is not cracked or chipped. The appearance looks very accurate to the photo. The value was reasonable, too. The quality of the item is pristine. 10/10, would buy from the seller again.
