   Smooth transaction, rapid shipping, good communication. Even though the shipping costs are exorbitant ($42.85! to ship 6 teacups?!) their willingness to negotiate a reasonable selling price made the total purchase price acceptable. However, the quality of Royal Doulton, and the condition of these 6 teacups was exceptional. Packaging was okay with sufficient padding but the cups were not secured well in their individual wrapping. But they arrived undamaged anyway. Shipping charges! ouch!

   I was excited to find a replacement for my butter slicer that had gotten legs and took a walk out of my kitchen ! Condition was as stated and am pleased with the speed that it was shipped and was packaged extremely well. Thank You for taking such good care.I would not hesitate from buying from this seller again.

   Lightening fast shipping!! Packaged great! Love my jacket. Just as described-actually better! Great value for sure! I’ve ordered from the seller before, and I have not been disappointed. I will definitely be ordering again in the future!
