This item was, unfortunately, broken upon arrival. I reached out to the seller upon discovering the defect and sent a description and pictures of the problem. There really wasn't any way they could have known without taking it apart or being an expert in the field of robotic cleaners, so I can't blame them. I FINALLY got my package! I waited weeks! The seller was no problem. But definitely was the shipping time, the package was all beaten up when it arrived but the house was safe and sound and very beautiful and spotless!
