Well there wasn't any real interaction with seller so I can't attest to their personality or professionality BUT I will say that the DVDs arrived very well packaged. Seller definately understood the importance of the item and wrapped it up with love. It arrived very quickly in the mail with a smile. The condition was exactly as advertised. Item arrived looking even better than pictured. Very fast shipping, packaged clean and protected.
