This item comes from the personal collection of Mark Freedman, the president and founder of a Surge Licensing. Mark is famously known for discovering the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book & securing the licensing deal with Playmates resulting in one of the most successful toy lines ever, he was also a Producer of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon and Producer of Wild West C.O.W. Boys of Moo Mesa cartoon and was responsible for the licensing of the Cowboys of Moo Mesa products.
