As soon as I completed my purchase, I got am email from the seller confirming the purchase. What a great touch. When I wrote back to confirm the timing of the shipping (because I would be out of town during a certain time frame a week from the purchase), the seller replied saying I would have the item in essentially 2 business days. The seller was upfront within a few days of the sale that there was a manufacturing defect, and asked if it was ok if the item arrived by the middle of December. Initially I said yes, but then I realized that I made an error and needed the item sooner. I notified the seller who initiated a prompt refund. A very reputable, honest and great professional.
