As mentioned before, purchased these and when they arrived with home depot addressee. I did not buy these from home depot but they where shipped from there. And cheaper on the site. So I asked for a return and the seller offered a partial refund. So I'm not sure how to explain this process but in the end it was a better deal to do this. But it does seem shady.

It was my fault so I can't leave negative feedback and I was just in home Depot and I was remembering the 9-in price for that brush. It was shipped to me from home Depot in my name the same day so all the seller does is up charge you for things you can order.
