As others have already mentioned, it’s easy to provide excellent service when everything goes smoothly. When problems occur, that’s when you separate the professionals from the rest! I experienced an unusual tracking delay, and when I contacted the seller, she personally took my case to her local post office, where it, eventually, turned out that my package had been caught in a sorter belt, and had made the rounds, for almost two weeks, before it was discovered! Service above and beyond!!!

Fast shipping, packaged really well so there was no way for it arrive damaged. All pieces as described. Got this for a friend. They loved it. Felt the price was a bit much, but what is price when it makes someone happy. All in all I am extremely pleased with this product and will purchase from this seller again in the future.
