   This item arrived as described, fast and packaged very well . I only received half of my order on one day so I contacted the seller who and with fast and a great help. I received the rest of my order a few days later due to the carrier missing the third box in his vehicle. I am a very happy customer who has done business with in the past multiple time and will do business with again in the future. I trust and like this seller. You will be happy with the value and condition of your purchase.

   I purchased the book at a very good price. It is in good condition as described by the seller. The shipping time was longer than expected because the seller experienced system errors. As a result I was issued a refund without requesting one and received the book about two weeks late. This is an excellent example of great customer service & care. Rachel is a very good and kind communicator and kept me well informed about the shipping problem. I highly recommend this seller. They are great!

   Good transaction: this item [one CD, of four in combined shipment] was generally as described/pictured per eBay listing (complete artwork and clean jewel case, albeit with broken case cover top hinge and somewhat scratched cd surface [versus pristine surface of other ordered cd's]); reasonably priced with free S&H chgs; good communications; fast shipment, and fast delivery (via shipping partner); shipped in padded envelope, that was properly protected; A+++ eBay Seller!!!
