The year in the listing title is the year the series began and not necessarily the year this issue was published. Unless noted and/or pictured items are complete with everything attached. We do combine shipping, Priority available for a little bit more. We do not use Media Mail for comic books. Free local pick up can be arranged in the Charleston, SC area. If the picture and the description do not match please contact us before ordering, it is most likely a typo and the picture is the actual item. We will send the item in the picture if we do not hear anything prior to ordering. On many of our items we have the "Best Offer" option selected. Typically, however, we do not entertain offers more than 20% off on a single item and some items we will only discount if it is in a multiple item purchase.
