I received this unit within the time frame and it was well packaged. I plugged the unit in, but it didn't play my miniDV tapes. I spoke to the seller and he said that I could return it with a full refund. I repackaged the system and sent the deck back. Several days after the unit reached the seller, I received the refund on my card. I was too bad that the unit didn't work, but my overall experience with the seller was great.
