Seller was quick to communicate, and delivery was speedy. My issues, and the one-star rating are for the ITEM and not the seller. Upon receipt, I washed/dried the duvet cover and shams exactly as instructed on the tag. They definitely needed pressing. Biggest complaints: extremely scratchy fabric for '100% washed cotton'; and the fact that a white zipper was used on a nearly navy-blue cover. Cheapens the look.

Requested to cancel because tracking wasn't provided. Wasn't sure if it was shipped or not. After leaving a message there was no response. Tracking finally provided and surprisingly it was delivered that day so I guess it was shipped as promised. Leaving a positive review because other than that the transaction went good. Maybe the seller was just busy or forgot about it...
