Bell had a dent approx 4/5 cm.The description said no dents.When I asked for return/refund because not as described(as it was a wedding gift) the vendor would not honor my request and gave excuse that bell is 100 yrs old and expected, and I got good deal etc. 80.00 is not a big expense, return could have been possible.Very poor business manners, difficult communication.
