Item arrived early ahead of schedule with good packaging, however, one of the eight water filters has been opened without the plastic wrapper intact. It is unknown if the filter has been contaminated since it's been outside the wrapper for an unknown period of shelf time. Item is described as new and unopened but is not packaged with the manufacturer's protective wrapper on one filter. Still a good value for seven filters at this price.

In general I am happy with this purchase! As others have said about this seller, the seller's description of the item was accurate, and they shipped it very quickly. Thank you! I also appreciate that the item photo seems to be an actual photo of the box I received. The one downside is that the mouse I ordered was missing its USB dongle, but it still works with the Bluetooth connection, so not a dealbreaker.
