Shipping was fast to Hawaii and well packaged. Item was new as described, and the pillow cases were comfortable and easy to assemble. I like that the wedge/bump/support option can be attached or removed, and the material of the attachment sleeve is very soft and customizable with a soft yet strong velcro attachment. This was a really good priced full body pillow and baby bump support. It is not too hot (I live in the tropics and it is mid-April and hot and humid here), just perfect. A+++ seller.

Had a corner of box dented in, but no damage to product.maybe a box instead of bubble wrap and poly bag. Shipping could have been faster. Only takes 3 days for a Letter to got tex. To CA. I charged it to 💯 and gave it a try. It worked very well as described. Overall I'm glad I bought it. Now to see how it holds up. The old 3 head that this replaced lasted bout 7 yrs .

Fast shipping, package arrived 4 days before estimated time given. In original package, no damage noted. This is the second gate that I have purchase. My grandson liked the first gate, so I gave it to him. He said that it will help him to control his two small dogs and said that it was well made. It was a good price, less than other vendors.
