The item came in great condition, however there was a minor imperfection that was not the fault of the seller. When I wrote to the seller, they promptly issued a free return label and refund. Gran Room Tokyo was incredibly fast in shipping out this item to me. The item did arrive with some minor damage however I am still willing to give this store 5 stars; it is an especially fragile item for air travel. I mention it because of Gran Room Tokyo's response. I immediately brought the issue up with them and within mere hours they offered an acceptable solution. Great service for a difficult situation. I would trust them with my business again!
