Shipping was decent! Came when expected with no delays. The packaging was 10/10! Excellent and secure packaging. The item is absolutely adorable and I love it! I will say that the product was a little dirty and had a minor imperfection near the handle. It looks like there is dark finger print spots on the interior, and there was an eyelash inside too. There’s tape-residue sticky spots on several places on the lid and the pot. The item was not 100% as described, but I very happy with my purchase

OUTSTANDING seller & transaction!!!! After purchasing on a seller’s special offer price,, seller contacted me & told me that she could not locate the bracelet in her inventory. She not only refunded a good portion of my payment, but sent a beautiful turtle necklace & starfish bracelet in its place!!!
