Item exactly as pictured, even in box pictured. Wanted this in kitchen to hang pot holders from. Well packaged with good cushion. The shipping was with USPS, and they can't seem to get their act together, it went to three other places before it got to me in Phoenix(5th largest city in U.S.) go figure. But that's not on the seller, the correct address was on the label. As it has happened before with other items from various sellers, it boils down to the USPS. Love the product, perfect size!

Well protected in a bubble wrap mailer. The cost of shipping was spot on. The pictures included in the offer match exactly what I received. I feel that I got it at a decent price, especially since all of the pieces are included. It looks to have been used only a few times.
