The seller was very flexible. I bought the item on eBay, cancelled it and then repurchased it. The delivery date also had to be rescheduled which the seller accommodated. I couldn’t have asked for better service. That said, I’m not impressed with the product itself. Despite the fact it’s Jim Shore, the face is much less expresionless than I realized. I wouldn’t haven’t purchased it in the first place if I’d been paying better attention.

Ceramic item arrived in short amount of time, and was carefully packed. I appreciate the item itself being wrapped in bubble wrap to protect its paint, then being nestled in lots of brown packing paper to ensure no breakage. Item was priced right, and shipping amount was understandable. Thank you Seller, for the safe arrival of a fun item to give as a Christmas present!
